Notes: |
Responsorial refrain to reading of Psalm 46. Tone included for chanting. When using the first refrain it is not necessary to read or chant vv. 7 and 11. Consider having the
congregation hum an E throughout the reading or chanting of the psalm text. Alternate refrain 1 may be
sung in canon. After the final verse it may be repeated several times. (When repeating, do not sing the last
measure until the final time.) Alternate refrain 2 is particularly mindful of children. |
