Representative Text

1 Tunakuamkia Yesu
tunakupa pongezi.
Umezaliwa kikiwa,
malaika wakuabudu,
Uwe nasi!

2 Mwana wa Mungu wa pekee,
yeye ni mgeni wetu.
Anajiunga na sisi
Mfalme wa kale na kale!
Uwe nasi!

3 Ashikaye ulimwengu
ashikwa na Maria!
Ni mtoto mdogo na mchanga!
Tena ni Bwana wa mbingu!
Uwe nasi!

4 Nuru ya milele aja
kuleta mwanga wake.
Aondoa giza lote;
tuwe watoto wa mwanga.
Uwe nasi!

5 Kwetu akawa maskini
kwa kutuhurumia,
tupate mali ya mbingu,
tuwe watoto wa Mungu.
Uwe nasi!

6 Amefanya haya yote
kwa kuwa atupenda.
Kwa hiyo fuahini tu
na tumshukuru daima!
Uwe nasi!
